Since today is devoted to preserving and recycling, I got to thinking about my writing and the revamping/preserving of my past works.
One of my projects for the next few months is to re-release four books I retained the rights for. These were some of my older works from Loose Id. One of the stumbling blocks I've come across is whether I should expand/change the stories up.
What do you as a reader prefer? Do you prefer re-releases to stay as they were? Or would you rather see an altered version--perhaps longer, or changed somehow?
What if the stories heat level was changed?
As a reader I'm sort of on the fence on it, so I'm really curious to see what everyone else thinks.
